The Lake District National Park Authority has been delighted to host Artist and Poet Wajid Hussain as part of the Black Nature in Residence Project; a black-led creative project devised by Identity on Tyne, with support from the Arts Council.
Wajid ran creative writing workshops with children at local primary schools. On display is some of the work created by children at St Martin and St Mary's and Ambleside Primary Schools.
